Mr.Rajendra Prasad Nat ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2024 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.04.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6281 of 2024 to the extent of correcting the complaint case number.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in the main petition i.e. Cr.Misc. No. 6281 of 2024, the complaint case number was wrongly typed as "Complaint Case No. 15101(C) of 2022" instead of "Complaint Case No. 1510(C) of 2022" and due to that reason, same error occurred in order dated 18.04.2024. Accordingly, he requests for making correction in the said order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51882 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2

3. In that view of the matter, in paragraph - 2 and paragraph - 4 of the order dated 18.04.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6281 of 2024, instead of Complaint Case No. 15101(C) of 2022, it may be read as "Complaint Case No. 1510(C) of 2022".

4. Accordingly, further four weeks' time from today is extended to this petitioner for furnishing bail-bond.

5. The order dated 18.04.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6281 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
