Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of normal functioning of the court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16, 18(b), 20 of the UAP Act, 1967. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Co-accused Karelal Kora @ Kare Kora @ Gyarelal Kora @ Pyare Kora has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26312 of 2019 on 23.04.2019. Petitioner is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1588 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2021 2/2 custody since 28.05.2019. Only material against the petitioner is suspicion and his criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 34 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
