Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the first information report and have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and land dispute. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.05.2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57264 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23506 of 2021 as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
