JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 3.10.2018 in Cr.Misc.No. 49337 of 2018 and vide order dated 27.3.2019 in Cr.Misc.No. 10562 of 2019. Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching of motorcycle and mobile from the informant and he has been identified by his voice.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for one year and till date only charge has been framed in this case and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, at this stage I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, if trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43965 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 is not concluded within a period of six months, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
