2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 467, 468, 463, 474, 471, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Amour P.S.Case No. 166 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the instant FIR has been instituted by Circle Officer,Amour on the accusation that forged documents were recovered from the house of the petitioner who is living jointly with his father, co-accused Md. Hasibur Rahman and brother coaccused Md. Perwej Alam. The FIR has been instituted in the backdrop of Title Suit No. 24 of 2018 filed by the petitioner against the informant and the Collector on 07.08.2018 and upon getting receipt of notice thereof on 03.09.2018. Except bald assertion in the FIR there is no material to corroborate the accusation that the documents recovered were forged. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75915 of 2018(4) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 granted to the petitioner by order dated 11.01.2019 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018 is hereby confirmed.
