The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 277 of 2020 dated 08.05.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner was earlier made accused in a similar nature of case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, his application shall be
