The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Altogether 967.680 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from one Maruti car and from Khajoorbani. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the said Maruti car and has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

No.48081 of 2022(2) dt.04-11-2022 2/2 from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Court no. II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
