The petitioner, whose prayer for bail was rejected by this court on 21st July, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No.23230 of 2014, has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that till date only one witness has been examined in course of trial. His prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court considering the fact that in a case under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code he has been named by the informant of the case and there is specific allegation against him that he snatched a golden Mangalsutra worth Rs.60,000/- from the person of the wife of the informant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4396 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 I am not inclined to review my earlier order. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected once again.

The learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur is directed to take all possible steps in order to conclude the trial i.e., Sessions Trial No.354 of 2014 at the earliest. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
