JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-11-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For restoration of electric supply of the petitioner which has been disconnected in pursuance of allegation of theft of electricity.

(ii) For a declaration that the respondent authorities cannot disconnect the electric supply upon presumption of theft of electricity rather the same has to be substantiated by the report downloaded through meter reading instrument as per the circular dated 18.02.2010 and or any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and as such the same need not be pressed.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and he has no objection in this regard.
