It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to inadvertent mistake, the present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 67/2013, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

It has further been pointed out that the petitioner had already been granted bail by this Bench vide Cr. Misc. No. 52949 of 2019 under order dated 23.08.2019 in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2013, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gaya.

Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2658 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
