The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the specific allegation against the petitioner that he got his daughter married to 10 years old son of the informant after abducting him, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48601 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
