This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 02.07.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 10790 of 2020, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time granted by this Court. He further submits that due to pandemic and the fact that petitioner was suffering from cough and cold, the petitioner could not furnish

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10630 of 2021(2) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 his bail bonds and as such, the time granted by this Court to surrender before the Court below may be extended by further four weeks.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order, dated 02.07.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 10790 of 2020, is hereby extended by two weeks from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
