The petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 504/285, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 12 and 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

It is alleged that the petitioner used to tease the informant while going to school. On the alleged date of occurrence on 28.08.2014 the petitioner wanted to handover a sim of the mobile to the informant requesting her to talk through mobile which was refused by the informant then the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4687 of 2015 (02) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 threatened to cause acid burnt injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, in fact, no injury was caused nor any acid was used and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with POCSO Trial No. 16 of 2014 arising out of Raxaul P.S.
