Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with (Fekla O.P.) Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner and substantial progress in conduct of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the
