The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 223 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 307, 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter had been sent to Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and as per the Mediation Report, the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them as per mediation report attached herewith. It is further submitted that the petitioner and his wife are now living

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 223 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
