The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 498A of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of some family dispute this case has been lodged. Petitioner being husband is in jail since 23.09.2014. On consideration of the fact and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for last more than four months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
