The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that his motorcycle was stolen. Four persons were arrested in Khadda P.S. Case No. 615 of 2012 in U.P. on whose confession the name of the petitioner sprang up. The accused persons, on whose confession the name of the petitioner sprang up, have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 23651 of 2013, 40480 of 2013, 26706 of 2013 and 21116 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4672 of 2015 (02) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bagaha, District - West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No. 406 of 2012.
