The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366A, 376 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have kidnapped the victim, the minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are alleged to have kidnapped the victim on 24.08.2014, but the F.I.R. was lodged on 29.08.2014. The victim came and made her statements under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She stated that the petitioners kidnapped her, but she did not make any allegation of outraging her modesty. Having considered the facts that for kidnapping of a minor girl, the petitioners have remained in jail for more than six months, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4290 of 2015 (3) dt.23-03-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Rupauli P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014.
