Petitioner seeks bail in Maranchi (OP Pachmahla) P.S. Case No.05 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

It is alleged in the written report that informant heard sound of firing. He could not go to the place of occurrence. He was unable to move. The family members told that his cousin brother has sustained firearm injury in his head. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47386 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 on suspicion. Police recorded his confessional statement. This fact finds mention in the impugned order also. In the impugned order, it is mentioned that it has come in the confessional statement of this petitioner that Bulan has caused firearm injury to the deceased.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Barh, in connection with Maranchi (Pachmahla) P.S.
