ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-01-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents has stated that pursuant to the order of CGRF, the entire amounts due to the Respondents-corporation have been paid and subsequently, the industry has been closed. Therefore, no useful purpose would be achieved in case any orders are passed by this Court at this point of time.
Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed off leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all questions raised in the present CWJC i.e. with regard to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13793 of 2012(11) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 jurisdiction of the CGRF in entertaining the application from consumers which are specifically barred under law and beyond the jurisdiction of CGRF.
With the above observation, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
