JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the garb of compliance of the direction issued by the Writ Court the opposite parties have taken decision to the detriment of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the decision contained in Memo No.515 dated 21.03.2018 in an appropriate proceeding. Considering the aforesaid, the present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of the

Patna High Court MJC No.623 of 2016(5) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 decision contained in Memo No. 515 dated 21.03.2019. It goes without saying that the opposite parties have to provide calculation chart to facilitate the petitioner to understand the mode of calculation of her dues in compliance of the direction issued by the Writ Court.
