2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 296 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 448, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 380, 427, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.11.2022.
4. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased with knife.
5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
