The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code. . The allegation against the petitioner is that on being refused to hand over the documents of land, the petitioner set ablaze the house of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is sister-in-law of the informant. The house accidentally got fired. Petitioner being lady is in jail since 14.10.2014.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner being lady is in jail for about five months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5356 of 2015 (3) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Anwar Shamim, J.M. Ist Class, Bhagalpur in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014.
