The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "That an appropriate writ may be issued quashing the Notice dated 01.04.2023 issued under the signature of the Certificate Officer, Purnia in connection with Certificate Case No. 1362/2022-23, whereby and where under the Certificate Officer directed the petitioner to deposit total Rs.

7,27,039/- against the loan taken by the petitioner failing which the respondent-Bank will proceed in accordance to Banking rules to recover the money, whereas the petitioner has already deposited total Rs. 35,88,063/- up to March, 2021

28,00,000/-."

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has not filed her objection to the show cause notice issued by the Certificate Officer, Purnia in connection with the Certificate Case No. 1362/2022-23, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the petitioner is directed to file her objections within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such objections being filed, the Certificate Officer shall consider the said objections and, thereafter, pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereof.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
