2. Despite of the inter-appearance through vakalatnama no one appears for the respondent no.9.
3. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner to terminate the service of the private respondent no.9 who has been illegally selected and appointed by the SDOCum-Chairman Vikash-Mitra Selection Committee, Siwan, at Siwan on the post of Vikas Mitra.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.9 has been appointed on the basis of the forged and fabricated certificates which was produced by him at the time of the selection process and the petitioner has filed representation before the respondent no.6 but no action has been taken by the respondent no.6 as yet and even till date no counter
Patna High Court CWJC No.11677 of 2012(3) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 is filed on behalf of the respondent-State.

In view of the aforesaid, let the petitioner file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3 i.e. District Magistrate, Siwan annexing all the relevant documents which suggests that the respondent no.9 has been appointed on the post of Vikas Mitra on the basis of the forged and fabricated certificates and respondent no.3 is also directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and after hearing the respondent no.9, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of the production of this order.
