In the instant petition, petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I. Act, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. IIIrd, West Muzaffarpur.
