The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 225, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

This application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in Motipur P.S. Case No.424 of 2014 who will pass order in view of the direction given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in 2014(3) PLJR 314 (SC) on the same day.
