Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping of 10-year-old girl, who is daughter of the informant. The anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 09.04.202 in Cr. Misc No. 35613 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48170 of 2022(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 he is renewing his prayer for bail on the fresh ground that compromise has taken place between the parties to which the learned counsel for the informant denies.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to consider the matter afresh. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/-Nirmal U T
