2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Balrampur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 324, 307 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52456 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that some of the co-accused have already been acquitted in this case.
