====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 31-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 860 of 2023, lodged on 22.11.2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 419 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10048 of 2024 with liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Counsel submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 13.05.2024 and three months have lapsed.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) which shall be adjusted after end of the trial for the punishment under I.T. Act and if the petitioner is acquitted, the said money shall be refunded to him, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 860 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U T
