The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's daughter was killed for non-fulfillment of dowry demand after four years of marriage It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is not specific against the petitioners when the petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim. The accusation of demand of dowry is only motorcycle, which was obviously of no use of petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4637 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
