1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for directing the authority concerned to take action against the Respondents no. 6 and 7, who have misappropriated and usurped the money deposited by various customers in the Branch of the company at Dehri-on-sone, Rohtas, amounting to a sum of Rs. 3 crore approximately and further appoint official
Patna High Court CWJC No.7863 of 2016(3) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 liquidator for taking appropriate step for returning the amount with statutory interest to various customers."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available, under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
