1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for directing the authority concerned to take action against the Respondent nos. 6 and 7 who have misappropriated and usurped the money deposited by various customers in the Branch of the company at Dehri-on-sone Rohtas, amounting to a sum of Rs.3 crore
Patna High Court CWJC No.7792 of 2016(3) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 approximately and further for appointing official liquidator, who shall take appropriate steps for returning the amount with statutory interest to various customers."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
