On 15.05.2023 also there was no representation when the matter was taken up by a coordinate bench. The petition has been filed for quashing the requisition of no-confidence motion dated 10.06.2019, the notice of special meeting dated 15.06.2019 and the outcome of special meeting dated 29.06.2019 as the same are contrary to the mandate of Rule-2(i) of the Bihar Municipal No-Confidence Motion Process Rules, 2010.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the Election Commission that with the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous as fresh election has taken place.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.14074 of 2019(3) dt.21-06-2023 3/3 stands dismissed as infructuous.
