The petitioner seeks regular bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 registered under Sections 120B, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended the petitioner Dipak Tanti and others, namely, Ravikant Mandal and Vikram Paswan. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol with one cartridge, one carbon mobile and cash amount of Rs. 45,000/- were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of Ravikant Mandal, one pistol with cartridges and one mobile were recovered and from the possession of Vikram Paswan, two cartridges and one mobile were recovered, and both of them have been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 32878/2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4310 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 and Cr. Misc. No. 33443/2014. The petitioner is in jail since 22.03.2014.

On perusal of the records, it appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents as he is accused in two cases. From the possession of the petitioner, one country-made loaded pistol with one cartridge, one mobile and cash amount of Rs. 45,000/- were recovered and, for that, the petitioner has remained in jail for about 10 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014, subject to the condition that if the petitioner commits any other crime, the learned court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
