The petitioner seeks regular bail in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 381 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended. On search, from the possession of co-accused Mithilesh Kumar Yadav, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that the petitioner is an accused in a murder case. Considering the fact that no arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
