JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2024 Heard Mr. Arbind Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Amrendra Nath Verma, learned Senior C.G.C assisted by Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, learned C.G.C. for the Union of India.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India informs that as on date, the eligibility criteria of age has already been expired in case of the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid information, as well as, the fact that the Advertisement is of the year 2011

Patna High Court CWJC No.16206 of 2012(5) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 and the writ petition is pending since the year 2012, as on date, if the petitioner fulfills the age criteria, as well as, has been not found medically fit by the review Medical Board and also by the PMCH. I don't find to interfere and grant relief to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
