The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Shamim Akhtar alleged that his daughter was married four years ago and she also gave birth to a child. The husband was torturing her. Her husband informed the informant about ill health of his daughter but the informant came to know that accused person was taking her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The informant has not made any allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner was also taking his daughter-in-law to the doctor.

Having considered the fact and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4861 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Purnea in Routa P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014.
