2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/504/506/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner inflicted repeated knife blow to the informant's brother causing him several injuries on his shoulder and left side stomach. Doctor found the injuries to be grievous in nature.
