Heard both sides.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bahadurpur (Fekla O.P.) P.S. case No. 76 of 2018 registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 509, 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that police after investigation submitted final form finding the case true only under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,504, 509 of the IPC and all the offences are bailable.

In this view of the fact, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as not maintainable.
