1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge Vth, Buxar vide order dated 08.02.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 63 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 570 of 2020.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 570 of 2020.
