The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara (Town) P.S. Case No.314 of 2020 instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC.

As per the allegation in the FIR, the informant alleged that the petitioner who was married to his daughter but was tortured inasmuch as the phone was blocked and further she was threatened of divorce and in the said mental depression, she committed suicide.

Taking into account the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him relief, which is accordingly rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court concerned within four weeks from today, the court shall take into account
