Petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that informant's son motorcycle was robbed and who was shot at. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation of Madhupur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014 and in the confessional statement of co-accused Mantosh Kumar, though the petitioner also confessed his guilt.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. till date. Considering the fact that petitioner has not been

No.4592 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 put on T.I.P., let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014.

Since the petitioner is accused in three other cases, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
