Petitioners are an accused in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that there is allegation against co-accused Pramod Yadav and not against these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 11.06.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3043 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2020.
