2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner has purchased stolen motorcycle.

4. It is submitted that no stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his named transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50280 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P. S. Case No. 622 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
