2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 109 and 132 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 25(1-AA) 25(1b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no arms has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
