Taking into consideration that petitioner is in jail custody since 12.8.2014 on the accusation that one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in Pandarak P.S. Case no. 135/2014.
