The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.03.2019. He further submits that only on the suspicion petitioner has been made accused in this case. He submits that the motorcycle allegedly seized are not the stolen motorcycle. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
