Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 697 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 461, 379, 511, 414, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been stolen from the ATM in question. Moreover, the motorcycle which was standing near the ATM does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43681 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 697 of 2018.
