Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,379,302 of the I.P.C.

FIR of the occurrence of murder, committed by the extremists group, is against unknown. Petitioner was arrested and his confessional statement is there. Besides that, there is no other evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering lack of material for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for bail of an undertrial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1987 of 2021(3) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Goh Police Station Case No.27 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
